What do I understand coaching to be?

As I understand it, coaching is an external support that helps you make your own decisions in order to reach your goals. After each session, you will notice a state of inner clarity that will allow you to make different decisions and undertake new actions that transform your reality in accordance with the new choices you have made.

How do I work?

I believe that everybody creates their own reality and this directly mirrors how they perceive themselves, their resources, and their environment. Between 50% and 75% of the sessions is dedicated to dissolving the image you have of yourself thus creating room for a new perception of these aspects. The work we carry out is complemented by a training course on how to apply the fundamental principles of quantum physics to your day-to-day life to accelerate your transformation process.

What am I offering?

  1. A continuous coaching process that empowers you to tackle challenges and meet your aims efficiently.

    I can offer you an option that suits you and your expectations. During the continuous coaching process, you will:

    • Dissolve your internal conditionings: fears, insecurities, feelings of guilt.
    • Create new strategies to achieve what you desire.
    • Discover opportunities where you once only saw problems.
